Summer sessions for Azercell Call Center employees have come to an end
In total, 54 employees participated in the trainings.
Based on the feedback results, the training participants fully realized and accepted the need to apply the Agile working principle as a guarantee of increasing customer satisfaction and work efficiency.
However, first of all, it is necessary to develop in the employees of Agile Mindset, as the basis for Agile behavior.
Various exercises, tests and games helped assess their current level of development of such competencies as readiness for change, flexibility and adaptability, EQ level and the presence of alternative thinking.
