And so I did not have time to move away from the emotions of my open training on the topic: “Agile mindset”, when great news arrived.
The first of my corporate clients who invited me to conduct this new intellectual product for Contact Center employees was Azercell!

It is very pleasant to conduct training in an audience for which Agile is not just a new trend in business, but the value of the Company!
I hope the pictures were able to convey the atmosphere of positivity and readiness for changes among the participants.

In accordance with the principles of Agile, I took all day feedback from the participants, because they are the testers of this product, which have already become exactly working!

Now I’m sure what Agile is from the point of work of call-center employees and how they can develop it!
