SUMMARY:18th International Eurasian Surgical Congress
DESCRIPTION:On September 11-14\, 2019\, the 18th International Eurasian Surgical Congress will be held in Baku. On September 12\, it will include the sector of Plastic\, Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery\, where I will speak with the special invitation of Dilgam Maharramov. My speech will be at the section of plastic reconstructive aesthetic surgery on the topic “Perfectionism and plastic surgery.” \nThis year\, 28 countries will take part in the congress: USA\, Australia\, Georgia\, Turkey\, Russia\, and other leading countries. This is the first medical congress in Azerbaijan of this magnitude. Congress consists of three main sectors: the general surgery sector\, the cardiovascular surgery sector\, and the plastic surgery sector. On the first day of the event\, the rector of Azerbaijan Medical University Gerai Garaibeyli will deliver a speech. Among the speakers – the chairman of the Health Committee of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan Akhliman Amiraslanov\, Professor Rauf Agayev\, and others. \nOrganizational support for the event is provided by the Ministry of Health of Azerbaijan\, Azerbaijan Medical University and the Center for Scientific Surgery.
